If you are here to improve your relationship with food, heal past negative food beliefs and create a new healthy weight loss journey I want to help you!  

If you are looking for meal plans, extreme guidelines and restrictions or a quick fix then these programs are not for you.  I am here to be your permanent solution so that you can say goodby to diets for good. 

 

I accept payments monthly, biweekly, or even weekly!  I accept HSA and FSA cards.  And if working with a registered dietitian is covered by your insurance, I can send you an invoice to provide to your insurance company for monthly reimbursement.
